Neuroinclusive coaching explores how to coach in ways that recognise and celebrate cognitive diversity. Rather than an e-learning module about difference, our micro-learning experience aims to help coaches understand how varied ways of thinking, communicating and processing information enrich the game.

Through video, podcasts, scenarios and reflections you will explore how inclusive approaches can strengthen relationships, learning and performance within their teams.

Who is it for?

Anyone aged 16 and over wanting to develop a more inclusive and responsive coaching style.

Commitment

The micro-learning takes approximately 20–25 minutes to complete via ECB e-learning.

Key themes

  • Strengths-based lens - seeing neurodivergence as difference, not deficit
  • Environments that work for everyone - adapting communication, session design and feedback to reduce barriers
  • Voice and choice - creating shared ownership and autonomy in coaching relationships
  • Practical inclusion strategies - small, actionable adjustments that make a big difference in participation and engagement.
