Clubs are asked to sign affiliation Terms & Conditions, as mandated by the ECB, at the end of the form. It's an agreement that says that as part of affiliating, you agree to ensure your club is compliant with Safeguarding regulations & other legislation.
Affiliating to Sussex Cricket reaps a whole host of benefits for your club and it’s members. A requirement to take part in the Dean Wilson Sussex Cricket Leagues , affiliation is a yearly subscription to Sussex Cricket Foundation, paid by the end of January each year, which entitles your club to:
Two club membership passes for the 2026 season for County Championship and One Day Cup matches.
Clubmark, Funding & Facilities guidance including access to numerous funding streams.
School Links, Coaching Support & Mentoring.
Coach Education & Officials Training Courses
Volunteer Recognition at Player / Groundsman / Officials Reward Days & Grassroots Awards at The 1st Central County Ground.
Invitations to Club Forums & Workshops, Ability to host Sussex Cricket events at your club
