Girls Engagement Days -Gloucestershire 2026

Following the excitement and increased visibility generated by the Women's World Cup, we've seen more girls than ever showing an interest in cricket. We want to build on that momentum by launching our first-ever Girls Only Holiday Camp programme, giving girls the opportunity to experience cricket in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment.
The aim of these engagement days is to encourage more girls from the local community to come along, have fun, and give cricket a try. We hope these sessions will inspire girls to take their first steps into the game and create a pathway into your club's girls' section and our wider holiday camp programme.
Our GCF coaches will deliver the entire session and best of all, the sessions will be completely free for all girls to attend.
The girls will need to bring own food and drinks. Equipment is not required but if they want to bring softball equipment, they are welcome to.
