Statistics is a short course designed for scorers and umpires who would like to gain a little more practice and knowledge of statistics and calculations required during a cricket match. 

The course will last no longer than 3 hours and will cover the following learning objectives: 

  • Gain knowledge of the types of calculations required by scorers
  • Understand the role of the umpire and scorer in match interruptions 
  • Know how to manage match interruptions 
  • Understand how to calculate over rates and match points

There will be scoring practice throughout the course - please bring pens with you to support with this. 

 

IMPORTANT

You must be 14 or over to register for this course, if under 18 parental permIssion must be obtained before you proceed.
